Abstract
The RSA software was used for extraction technology of total polysaccharides in Grifola frondosa by ultrasonic wave.Ultrasonic wave extraction and traditional water extraction were compared. The results showed that, the perfect conditions of ultrasonic extraction for Grifola frondosa polysaccharides were as follow: extraction time is 171 s,ultrasonic power is 352.4 W and ratio of liquid to solid is 47.9∶1(mL: g).The predictive best polysaccharides extraction rate is 14.23 %,the actual extraction rate is 14.26 % and the relative error is 0.21 %.The rate of the polysaccharides extraction was higher than the traditional water extraction, and the extracted time was significantly reduced.
