Abstract
The conditions of polysaccharides extraction from Grifola frondosa including extraction time, microwave power and water/dry weight ratio were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal design guided by the pure polysaccharides extraction rate. The results show that the influencing level of every factors during extracting polysaccharides from Grifola frondosa is as follows:extraction time microwave power water/dry weight ratio, and the influnces of extraction time and microwave power were very notable. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:10 min,80% microwave power(full power is 800 W),25:1(water/dry weight).A method was set up to remove the disturbances of protein on phenol-sulphate acid method during measuring of polysaccharides.
