Observation on the effect of Flamigel on treatment of II degree burns wounds

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Flamigel in treatment of Ⅱ degree burns wounds and compare with regional treatment of surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with Ⅱ° burn patients were divided into observation group treated with Flamigel and control groups treated with surgical dressing,50 cases in each group. Wound healing time and degree of pain during dressing change were compared between the two groups. Results Wound healing time and degree of pain of the observation group were better than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Application of Flamigel in treatment of Ⅱ degree burn wound can obviously promote wound healing and reduce the dressing change pain. It is worth clinical promotion use.
