Clinical value of combined detection of serum CA125 and CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the dingnosis of ovarian cancer

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the dingnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in 68 patients with ovarian cancer,58 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 80 healthy women for control were measured by Elctrochemillum immunoassay(ECLIA).Results The serum levels of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 in patients with ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in patients with benign ovarian tumor and normal control groups(p 0.01).The sensitivity of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 were respectively 79.3 %,65.5 % and 44.8 %.The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and CA72-4 was 86.2%,and the sensitivity of combined detection of CA125 and CA19-9 was 81.0%.The sensitivity of combined detection of CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 was 91.4%.Conclusion The Clinical value of combined detection of serum CA125,CA72-4 and CA19-9 is clinically in the dingnosis of ovarian cancer.
