Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of tumor markers(CA125,CA199,CA153,and CA724) for ovarian cancer. Methods:Electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect the serum levels of CA125,CA199,CA153,and CA724 in 45 patients with ovarian cancer,38 patients with benign ovarian tumor, and 41 healthy women. Results:The serum levels of CA125,CA199,and CA153 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P0.05);the positive rates of CA125,CA199,and CA153 in ovarian cancer group were 66.6%,31.1%,and 42.2%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P0.05);the positive rates of combined detection of serum CA125,CA199,CA153,and CA724 for diagnosis of ovarian cancer and benign ovarian tumor were 86.6% and 34.2%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P0.05),and they were significantly higher than those of single tumor marker detection;the sensitivity(86.6%) and accuracy(91.5%) of combined detection was higher than those of single tumor marker detection. Conclusion:The combined detection of CA125,CA199,CA153,and CA724 has important significance for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor.
