Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of serum carbohydrate antigen( CA) 125,CA199,CA50 combined detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Chemiluminescent immunoassay( CLIA) was used todetect the serum levels of CA125,CA153,CA50 in 30 patients with ovarian cancer,30 patients with benign ovarian diseases and 30 healthy women. Results Serum levels and positive rates of CA125,CA199 and CA50 in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign ovarian diseases and control group( P 0. 01). The positive rate of CA125( 83. 3%) was the highest among three tumor markers. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of CA125,CA199 and CA50 were 96. 7%,83. 3% and 90. 0%,respectively. The value of specificity in combined detection decreased slightly. In addition, the area under receiver operating characteristic( ROC) curves of CA125,CA199 and CA50 was 0. 819,0. 648 and0. 908 respectively by the SPSS 13. 0 software. while the area under ROC curves of the combined detection was 0. 969. Conclusion Serum levels of CA125,CA199 and CA50 significantly increased in ovarian cancer patients, and the combination detection is good for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. It is an ideal marker combination in the detection of ovarian cancer.
