The Practice and Research on Improving the Teaching Effectiveness of Young Teachers

Abstract

In this paper,taking Reliability Theory course as an example,combining with the characteristics of this course,the problems in the teaching process of young teachers are analyzed.According to these problems,several methods are put forward to improve the teaching efficiency of young teachers,which are applying the new developments and examples of research projects into the teaching,using the multimedia teaching rationally,guiding extracurricular research of students and prompting interest of the students in learning through practice.By taking these measures,teaching effectiveness of young teachers and practical ability of students can be improved greatly.
