Abstract

The young teachers are an important part of the front-line teachers in medical colleges.To ensure the quality of higher education,improving the young teachers' teaching ability is a necessary choice.According to the characteristics of the young teachers in the aspect of teaching,some strategies were put forward,such as setting up scientific teaching evaluation system,improving the mechanism of young teachers guidance,integrating into the teaching team,upgrading the competition mechanism,strengthening the supervision mechanism.
