Abstract

It has blocked the construction of new socialism rural to a great extent in the western China that economic growth has been slow and social development has lagged.As a big province of agriculture,Shaanxi being located in western areas is bearing most important mission in the construction of new socialism rural.Therefore,currently,it is essential to advance the agricultural construction,increase the farmer's income,improve the rural population quality,develop the rural enterprise,perfect countryside social security system,and strengthen aiding the poor.
