Effects of Yanggan Jiangya Decoction II combined with Auricular Needle on Essential Hypertension(mild to moderate)

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects of Yanggan Jiangya decoction Ⅱ(YGJYDⅡ,养肝降压方Ⅱ)combined with auricular needle on essential hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type.Method: The 76 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into2 groups,each 38 cases.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group received YGJYF Ⅱ besides the drugs used in the control group.Results: The blood pressure control rate of treatment group was 81.6%,it was better than that of the control group which was 60.5%(P0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was 89.5%,it was higher than that of the control group whose effective rate was 68.4%(P0.05).Conclusion: Yanggan Jiangya decoction Ⅱ has good clinical effects on hypertension with hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type.
