The Application Value of Xifeng Jiangya Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of Xifeng Jiangya decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods Selecting 84 cases of patients with senile hypertension from February 2014 February 2015 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given captopril. On the basis of the control, the observation group used Xifeng Jiangya decoction. The clinical therapeutic effect was compared. Results Before treatment, SBP, DBP and other aspects of the two groups were compared, and there was not statistically significant( P 0.05). After treatment, the SBP and DBP of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and there was statistically significant( P 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P 0.01). Conclusion Xifeng Jiangya decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension has significant effect.
