Abstract
The purpose of this research is to completely analyze and study the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from lycium. The technology is adopted with ultrasonic extraction method,by using ethanol as its dissolvent, after experiments, the ethanol volume fraction, the ratio of material and liquid, extraction time, extraction times and pH value are determined and the best extraction parameters were as followed: the ethanol volume fraction 74%,the ratio of material and liquid 1∶35,the extraction time 70 minutes, the extraction times 3 times, and the pH value 4.2.The extraction liquid was purified by the macroporous resin, and finally 7.1 g chlorogenic acid at 32% were obtained from 1 000 g of lycium seeds.
