Abstract
Isoamyl chloroacetate was synthesized by the chloroacetic acid(Ⅰ) and isoamyl alcohol(Ⅱ) using NaHSO4·H2O as catalyst.The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows:at 98~ 126 ℃ for 1.5 h Ⅰwas 50 mmol,n(Ⅰ) ∶n(Ⅱ) was 1 ∶1.2,NaHSO4·H2O% was 1.5%,cyclohexane was 5.0 mL,the yield of Ⅲ was 98.45% under the conditions.
