Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) therapy for Hemorrhoids in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ.Methods Clinical data of 82 cases with hemorrhoids in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were harvest. Results The mean operative time was(25.2±5.3)min minutes and the average hospital stay was(4.2±1.8) days.No serious complications were observed in our group.postoperative urinary retention occurred in 15 cases(17.9%) and anal pain need treatment in 20 cases(23.8%);External hemorrhoids or skin tag retention was observed in 18 cases(24.1%),postoperative bleeding need treatment in 3 cases(3.5%) and the fine control barriers was observed in 9 cases(10.7%).Conclusion PPH Treatment on the hemorrhoid in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ with short operative time, rapid recovery, fewer complications and better clinical effect.
