Educational resources can be defined as all the resources that is needed by educational practice.No educational activity can work without educational resource.It is necessary for us to study and establish the Science of Educational Resources with the guide of the Marxist philosophy and the applying of the theories and methods of the Systematic Science,the Science of Creation,the Science of Education and the Science of Resources,and with the researching method of compass.So that we can explore the nature,category,and the rule of programming,disposition,management,evaluation,and restraining waste in educational resources.And we can also explore the nature,feature,function,and the rule of distribution,development and applying of various educational resources.
