On the Necessity to Establish "The Science of Educational Resources"

It is necessary for us to establish the Science of Educational Resources to do researches on the drifting educational resources because of the continuously-emerging problems and conflicts about educational resources,so that we can explore the nature,category,and the rule of programming,disposition,management,evaluation,and restraining waste in educational resources.And we can also explore the nature,feature,function,and the rule of distribution,development and applying of various educational resources.The establishment of the Science of Educational Resources has very profound theoretical and practical meaning.
