Abstract
In modern society,the primary issue of educational order is to build the order among individuals.The construction of educational system is to build the educational order.Educational system not only provides the opportunity for the educational development and individuals' development,but also creates the social system,which is the base of educational order.However,not all of the educational system is for the educational development and individual's development.Only good educational system helps to develop the educational order,which can also promote the educational development and individual's development.
