Make use of the potential educational resources for doing a better political job

To improve the actual results of ideological and political education in higher education institutions has become the pressing problem to be solved immediately. Based on the analysis of the potential educational resources, the paper mainly discusses the usually ignored problem of the development and use of potential resources for the ideological and political educational work. And it points out that to do a better job in this aspect, we must rearrange both the explicit educational resources and potential educational resources and form an ideological and political educational system with a rational structure and complement to both aspects so as to make full use of both resources and achieve some even better results in the work of ideological and political education.
