Abstract
Along with the development of health enterprise, the demands to improve nursing service and to train nurses with high capacity are becoming more and more important. Therefore, to define the role and to develop the effective clinical teaching behaviors of the clinical nursing teacher are becoming more significant, since the clinical teaching is an integral part of nursing education. The paper comprises three parts. The first is an outline of the definition and the characteristics of the clinical teaching, the second is to describe the role of the clinical nursing teachers, the third is to explain the effective clinical teaching behaviors of the clinical nursing teachers.
