Exploration and practice of the construction of clinical nursing team

In order to strengthen the construction of clinical nursing teacher team,we implemented a series of measures as follows:focus on the selection of clinical nursing teachers,promote the optimization of teachers;arrange the teachers' teaching tasks according to their specialist nursing direction,support the teachers to do teaching work from the policy and institutional measures;strengthen the training of clinical nursing teachers,help them to improve teaching methods,teaching ability and teaching experience;improve teaching evaluation system of clinical nursing,implement rewards and punishments based on assessment results.The results showed that the scale of clinical nursing teacher team was enlarged,the structure was optimized,and the teachers' personnel quality was improved. The teaching quality improved significantly.
