Practice and experience of implementing flexible management in clinical nursing teachers

Objective To investigate the effect of flexible management in clinical nursing teachers. Methods We implemented flexible management in clinical nursing teachers,and the measures included integrating teaching force of departments,setting teaching time,optimizing and centralizing training resources,training and encouraging mechanisms and so on. Results Flexible management contributed to meeting the clinical nursing teachers' demands,improving their job satisfaction,promoting teamwork,completing the task of teaching,encouraging personal development of the teachers,and promoting their self-realization. Conclusions Application flexible management in clinical nursing teachers can remedy the lack of rigid management,promote the enthusiasm and innovation of clinical nursing teachers,stimulate their potential of teaching,and enhance their value. Meanwhile,it can promote the formation of nursing education culture and improve nursing clinical teaching quality.
