The Analysis about the Two-way Referral of Patients between the Specialized Hospital and Community Health Care Organization in Shandong Province

Objective To investigate the situation and the influences about the two-way referral between the Specialized Hospital and Community Health Care Organization in Shandong Province.Methods Taking the Self-designed questionnaire to survey 50 medical staffs and patients respectively,the investigation including the general information and the implementation of two-way referral.Results The medical staffs received transferred patients from subordinates accounted for 78% and 14% of the patient's transferred to lower levels of hospital.The medical staffs thought that the main reason of the two-way referral difficult to implement was driven by economic interests.Conclusion The two-way referral in the hospital did not really been implemented,the Government should strengthen the propaganda,to coordinate the interest relations,and improve two-way referral system.
