Abstract

Objective To explore the adjustment key points and current problems in Two-way referral of community health services.Methods Data were collected and restrospectively analyzed by utilizlng the transition records and questionnaire survey.Results During the 2011,855 cases were transferred from community health services to hospitals,and 205 cases were transferred from hospitals to community health services.Conclusion The development of Two-way referral is necessary to strengthen policy support and coordination,and improve the quality of community health services.
