A study on present situation of two-way referral of community health service in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province of China

Objective To achieve the information of present situation of two-way referral of community health service in Hangzhou City. Methods 502 medical staffs who worked in community health service organizations or hospitals in Hangzhou were investigated and interviewed. Results Medical staff and patients knew little about two-way referral,and patients did not believe in community health service very much.Economical interest conflict was a big obstacle to operation of two-way referral of community health service,and the operation system of two-way referral needed to be consummated. Conclusion It needs multiple measures(including standardization,guide and establishment of mechanism and policy) to develop the two-way referral of Community health service.
