Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of diabetes outpatients' treatment compliance with nursing intervention.Methods: 180 patients of diabetes were entered in the study and divided into control group and intervention group at random,90 patients in each group.The patients in intervention group were nursing intervened termly,such as telereturn visits and health courses of lectures.The patients in control group were given common nursing and education.The nursing intervention effect assessed by comparing the changes of treatment compliance,fasting blood glucose(FBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) after one year.Results: Compared with control group,treatment compliance of intervention group significantly increased(P0.01) and FBG and HbA1c significantly decreased(P0.05).Conclusion: Nursing intervention can significantly enhance treatment compliance of diabetic,helping to control blood glucose level of patients.
