Analysis the effect of family nursing intervention in patients with patients with diabetic

Objective:To observe the family nursing intervention on diabetic patients.Methods:From October 2007 to October 2009 our hospital inpatient and outpatient treatment of 156 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into intervention and control groups,78 patients in each group.Control group received routine nursing diabetes education nursing,intervention group were given regular follow-up and telephone consultation,to give family nursing interventions.Monitoring of blood glucose in patients 1 year and the compliance behavior questionnaire registration,evaluation of home care interventions of patients with the disease.Results:Compliance behavior of the intervention group was significantly higher(P0.05),intervention group,the average fasting blood glucose levels,glycated hemoglobin control are better than the control group,the number of occurrences of low blood sugar than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:family nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes to help control the disease,improve patient quality of life.
