Abstract
[Objective]To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.[Methods]160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,80cases in each group. The control group received the traditional nursing mode, while the intervention group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention mode. The indexes of treatment compliance, blood glucose and quality of life were compared between the two groups.[Results]After intervention, the compliance indexes of regular exercise, taking medicine on time, rational diet and regular blood glucose monitoring in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P 0.01).The levels of FBG,PBG and HbA1c in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.01).The scores of physical function, mental function, social function and material life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.01).[Conclusion]The comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously raise treatment compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the blood glucose level, and enhance the quality of life.
