Abstract
Objective To explore an optimum extraction technology of polysaccharide in Retinerus luffac fructus by ultrasonic wave. Methods Orthogonal experimental design was carried out to find the optimum extraction technology by detecting the content of polysaccharide, the solid-liquid ratio(A),extraction time(B),extraction temperature(C) and extraction number of times(D).Results The factors which affected extraction was:ADCB,the optimum extraction technology was A3B1C1D3.Conclusion The optimal technology is stable and feasible.
