Abstract

Objective To study the optimal ultrasonic extraction technology of the water-soluble polysaccharide in Radix Rehmanniate.Methods The orthogonal design was adopted to observe the effect of water volume,extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times and their interactions on the yield and content of polysaccharide as indices.The standard curve was used to determine water-soluble polysaccharide with glucose as standard sample.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extracting solvent was water,the extraction time was 60 min,the ratio of material to solvent was 1:30,the temperature was 60 ℃ and the extraction time was 3.Conclusion The process was simple,efficient,and suitable for the extraction of water-soluble polysaccharide in Radix Rehmanniate.
