Integrative Medicine in early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with Integrative Medicine(DN).Methods Totally 60 patients with early DN were randomly divided jnto treatment group and control group 30 cases,two groups of blood glucose levels were well controlled,while actively controlling blood pressure in the control group treated with telmisartan treatment group on the basis of the above treatment dialectical combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results Both berore and after treatment blood glucose,blood lipids was statistically significant(P0.05),but after treatment between the two groups was not significant(P0.05).Before and after treatment of urinary albumin excretion rate,urinary α1-microglobulin change significantly(P0.05),the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Integrative treatment of early diabetic kidney disease is effective,and should be widely applied.
