Integrative clinical observation of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective Integrative Medicine investigate the efficacy of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,in order to better guide clinical treatment.Methods Randomly selected 75 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in the past four years the Centre is divided into two groups ( A,B) A group of 30 patients in the control group,the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors for treatment; Group B 45 patients for the treatment group,on the basis of group A,plus nourishing liver and kidney meridians soup treatment,the two groups were analyzed. Results Treatment,Group B patients with glomerular filtration rate,total urinary protein,urinary protein excretion than the control group,the treatment is effective,efficient. Conclusion Integrative treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,can effectively relieve the illness of patients,to improve the patient's condition,with a high clinical value.
