Impact of drugs with nursing intervention for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the impact of drugs with nursing intervention for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups,both groups were given with conventional blood glucose,irbesartan and low molecular weight heparin therapy,the treatment group added the overall nursing.Results:Before treatment,24 h urinary protein,24 h urinary albumin excretion rate the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,24 h urinary protein,UAER was significantly decreased(P0.05),between groups,the treatment group were better than the control group(P0.05).Satisfaction with treatment group was 90.0% that significantly higher than the control group(65.0%)(P0.05).Conclusion:The overall clinical nursing with drug treatment of diabetic nephropathy can be better with significantly reduce proteinuria and protect renal function,renal disease more effectively slow the progress,while improving patient satisfaction,should be widely applied.
