Integrated Treatment Effects of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(n=40)in the control group(n=40) on the basis of conventional therapy and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, observation and treatment of the two groups before and after the effect of blood glucose, urinary albumin excretion rate, 24h urinary protein, muscle blood anhydride, blood urea nitrogen and other indicators. Results Of the treatment group,to improve urinary protein,serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and hemorheology indicators also better than the control group. Conclusion The integrative medicine has precise effect on diabetic nephropathy.
