Effect of Flurbiprofen Ester and Dezocine on Incisional Postoperative Pain Rats

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of intravenous injection of flurbiprofen axetil and dezocine on incisional postoperative pain rats.Methods: 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups(n= 8): the saline group(C group),the dezocine group(D),the flurbiprofen axetil group(F) and the dezocine+flurbiprofen ester group(D+F group).The analgesic effect was evaluated by cumulative pain score.Results: Compared with the saline group,the cumulative pain score of dezocine group,flurbiprofen ester group,dezocine+flurbiprofen ester group was decreased(P0.05).Conclusion: The pain response in rats can be significantly inhibited by dezocine,flurbiprofen ester.Analgesic effect is better when the two drugs were combinated,which has clinical feasibility.
