Structuring recycling economic system in resource-based county:A case study of Dengta County in Liaoning Province

Abstract

Starting from economic development background and connotation of recycling economy,this paper stated the necessity of establishing recycling economic system in resource-based county.Taking Dengta county as an example,this paper demonstrated how to structure a framework of recycling econcmic system which inclueds industry,agriculture and social system with a recycling character.Building industrial eco-chain,introducing vein industry and realizing effective utilization of land are considered necessary to complete recycling economic system.
