Abstract

This paper introduces the significance and principles,and establishes the evaluation index for mining recycling economy from social economy,energy consumption,pollution release and recycling utilization based on mining economy and related industrial studies,which is applied to analyze the mining recycling economic development level in 2002—2006,indicating that the mining recycling economy development level is boosting year by year.
