Mining recycling economy of Jiangsu province

Abstract
In this paper, the definition, connotation, principle and the technical carrier of the mining recycling economy have been elaborated firstly, the difference between the mining recycling economy and the traditional mining industry economy has been stated. The development advantage of mining recycling economy in Jiangsu Province has been analyzed. Meanwhile, the key technology, target system and the mining recycling economical district which had the development priority have been introduced in this paper. Finally, the author summarized the achievement of mining recycling economy of Jiangsu Province, and proposed the measure and the suggestion to the mining recycling economy development.
