An Empirical Analysis and the Implemented Framework about Operational Efficiency of Recycling Economy——A Case Study of Liaoning Province

Recycling economy has been booming in China since the end of the last century.Liaoning Province,as a national pilot province for implemention of the recycling economy,has achieved initial results after a few years of practice,despite some critical problems left to be solved.We need to seriously study the lessons from the pilot practice of the recycling economy,which not only has great significance to the future development of Liaoning's recycling economy,but also serves as a reference for such development in other areas of the country.In light of this purpose,we give an empirical analysis in the efficiency of recycling economy implemented in Liaoning's industrial areas.On this basis,we provide a framework of implementation for an in-depth development and a better efficiency of the recycling economy.
