Effect of sodium ozagrel on diabetic nephropathy

Objective To explore the effect of sodium ozagrel on urinary albumin excretion in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given alimentary control,oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin and other conventional treatment,based on these,the patients in observation group were treated with 80 mg sodium ozagrel plus into 250 mL normal saline by intravenous infusion for more than 2 hours,once a day for 15 days.The contents of urinary albumin were determined in two groups after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in urinary albumin excretion between two groups before treatment(P0.05);Urinary albumin excretion was obviously lower after treatment than that before treatment in observation group and control group(P0.01);The urinary albumin excretion was obviously lower in observation group than that in control group after treatment(P0.01).Significant adverse reactions were not found in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Ozagrel sodium can significantly reduce the urinary albumin excretion in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
