Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical use of Salvia TMP injection, treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups and the control group and 63 cases of patients in each group. Conventional treatment administered to the control group, including the control of blood glucose and lipid antihypertensive treatment; while in the control group for the study group on the basis of conventional therapy, and then administered once/day intravenous infusion of Salvia TMP injection 10 ml normal saline 150 m L, and continuously 15 days. After that, observation and analysis before treatment and 15 days of treatment of renal function improvement. Results After 15 days of treatment, serum creatinine(SCR) observation group, urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) indicators were(66 ±8) μmol/L,(86 ±22) μg/min and(4.8 ±1.1) mmol/L,and before treatment were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); the index patient in the control group were(77±7) μmol/L,(158 ± 34) μg/min and(5.3±1.0) mmol/L, although also declined compared to the previous treatment and before treatment difference was not statistically significant(P0.05). No adverse reactions during the two groups of patients. Conclusion Salvia TMP injection, it can be used to further improve the situation of diabetic nephropathy in patients with renal and urinary protein obvious clinical value.
