Abstract
Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on psychology inclination of chemotherapy on the patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods One hundred seventy two cases with gynecological malignant tumors who accepted chemotherapy were selected in our hospital,and all of them were given comprehensive preoperative nursing intervention.The SAS,SDS and MHLC were used to evaluate the anxiety,depression and locus of control inclination before and after intervention.Results Compared with normal group,the SDS,SAS,CHLC,PHLC scores were much higher in the intervention group,but IHLC score was lower,all of them had significant differences(P0.05).There were negative correlations between SDS,SAS and IHLC,PHLC scores,positively correlated with CHLC score.Compared with before intervention,SDS,SAS,CHLC scores were much lower after intervention,PHLC score was higher,all of them had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention including health education,psychological support,relax training has a significant improvement in the chemotherapy on the patients with gynecological malignant tumors,can also improve the quality of life of those patients.
