Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with gynecological tumors.Methods From January 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital,112 patients with gynecological tumors were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,56 cases in the control group used conventional methods of care,56 cases in the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention,the psychological state,self-care ability and quality of life of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The Zung Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Depression Scale(SDS)score of two groups patients before care had no statistically significant difference(P0.05),but after care the SAS,SDS score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05);the self-care ability of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05);the Nottingham health survey questionnaire(NHP)score of two groups patients before care had no statistically significant difference(P0.05),but after care the NHP score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with gynecological tumors has definite clinical effect,can significantly improve patients' psychological state,self-care ability,so as to improve the patient's quality of life.
