Abstract

The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the tretinoin in cream. The absolute value of amplitude at 387 nm was linear with the concentration in the range of 2~6 μg/ml ( r =0.9999). The average recovery and RSD were 100.0% and 1.17%, respectively.
