Abstract
Objective:To investigate antibiotic resistance in bacteria clinic isolates. Methods:Statistic the antibiotic resistance of the bacteria clinic isolates to β-Lactam Antibiotics by the software WHONET-4.Result:The resistance rate of gram position isolates was less than 33% to Piperacillin, and the other antibiotics were from 55% to 100%.The most susceptibility to gram negative bacteria was Imipenem with the resistance rate from 0% to 24%. The rates of Proteus to Piperacillin and Ampicillin were lower than other bacteria, from 14% to 38%.E.coli, Acinetobacter, Proteus and K.pneumoniae′s positive rates to Cephalosporins kept in low level, from 11% to 55%. Paeruginosa, E.cloacae and other bacteria of Enterobacter had severe cross resistance to Cephalosporins. The resistance rates were all higher than 74%.Conclusion:It was important to strengthen the comparision of the antibiotic resistance, and choose the correct antibiotics according to resistance tests.
