Demonstration Analysis and Countermeasure on the Present Condition of Higher Vocational "Double-Quality" Teaching Staff Construction

As the rapid development of higher vocational education,it puts forward the new demand for teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges,and needs to establish a high-qualified double-quality teaching staff urgently combined with full-time and part-time teachers.Through the survey,the basic circumstances of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges are got,then it makes a demonstration analysis.The main problems in its construction include the proportion of part-time teachers is lower,the serious lack of double-quality teachers,the deficiency of full-time teachers' education,and the improvement of teachers' skills.According to this,some measures should be adopted to regulate the employment and management of part-time teachers,perfect teachers' training system,strengthen the deep cooperation of colleges and enterprises,and establish higher vocational teachers' admittance system as well as title assessing system.
