The Perspective of Construction Problem for Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges is the important guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational colleges.Through analyzing the difficulties and causes faced by the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.It should define the social position of higher vocational education,and perfect title evaluating method of higher vocational teachers.It can construct double-qualified teaching staff,as well as strengthen and perfect the construction of part-time teaching staff.In order to enhance the level of teaching staff of higher vocational colleges,it should increase teachers' teaching ability,educating ability and practical ability.
