Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy, safety and feasibility of valsartan combined with indapamide treatment of essential hypertension. Method:118 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group of 59 cases. Valsartan treatment group using valsartan combined with indapamide control group, effects were observed after 8 weeks.Result:Treatment group total effective rate was 91.5%,control group total effective rate was 78.0%,there was significant difference between the two groups meaning( P 0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined indapamide treatment of primary hypertension efficacy significantly fewer adverse reactions, safe and reliable, good compliance.
