Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of antihypertensive effect and the biochemical indexes of blood on valsartan with indapamide therapy of primary hypertension Methods 103 patients with essential hypertension were selected.56 patients were treated with valsartan combined with indapamide(the observation group),and 47 patients were treated with valsartan(the control group).Serum biochemicals before and after treatment and antihypertensive efficacy 8weeks after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results 8 weeks after treatment,31 cases were evidently effective,15 cases were effective and 10 cases were inefficient, and the total effective rate was 82.1% in the observation group. And 14 cases were evidently effective,12 cases were effective and 21 cases were inefficient, and the total effective rate was 55.3% in the control group. The difference of treatment effect between two groups had statistical significance( P0.05).Before and after two kinds of treatment, the indexes of serum potassium, blood uric acid, total cholesterol and blood sugar of patients had no evident change(P0.05). Conclusion Antihypertensive efficacy of valsartan combined with indapamide treated essential hypertension not only has good antihypertensive efficacy, but also has no evident influence on serum biochemicals, and is safe and effective.
