Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Treatment on 60 Cases with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive treatment on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with comprehensive treatment,such as traction limb,Chinese fumigation,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate gel,joint perfusion,and practices tendon.The control group was treated with external application with diclofenac diethylamine cream and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate gel.The pain and joint function improvement were compared between the two groups after a course of treatment.Results:There were 59 effective cases in the treatment group(98.33%) and 52 effective cases in the control group(86.67%).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment is effective to relieve pain and other symptoms and improve joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
