The Clinical Observation of Surgical Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in 50 Cases

Objective To evaluate the surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis,summarizes the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee experience.Methods To Yinbin fi rst hospital for knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into experimental and control group,the experimental group,50 cases of 141 patients in control group,experimental group,both inside and outside of knee joint soft tissue block,small knife decompression,joint injection of sodium hyaluronate joint resynchronization therapy.The control group was divided into block groups,small knife group,intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate group single treatment group,operating with the experimental group.Results Experimental group of 50 patients were cured and 26 cases were cured,18 cases,4 cases improved and 2 ineffective.Good rate of 88%,total effective rate was 96% in the experimental group than the control group.Conclu sion Osteoarthritis of the knee joint line of many ways to synchronize the treatment can shorten the treatment period and improve treatment.
